Organizations
The Identity.Base.Organizations package adds memberships, invitation flows, organization-specific roles, and active-organization scoping on top of the core identity and RBAC stack.

.AddOrganizations(); How active organization selection works
- There is no dedicated “set active organization” endpoint.
- Clients select the active organization by sending the
X-Organization-Idheader on non-admin routes. - When membership changes affect claims, the client should refresh tokens so organization membership is reflected correctly.
Core workflows
- Registration to organization creation: create the user, create the organization, add the user as owner, then refresh sign-in or tokens.
- Invitations: create the invitation, send the email from your host, validate it publicly, then accept it as an authenticated user.
- Member management: list, add, update, and remove members via the admin or user-scoped organization routes.
