Open-source license boundary
The Identity.Base source code is open-source software made available under the MIT License. Those license terms govern your use, modification, and distribution of the software itself.
The website, documentation presentation, branding, logos, and other non-code materials on identitybase.io are not automatically granted to you under the MIT License unless explicitly stated.
No hosted service commitment
Identity.Base is presented as self-hosted software. Unless we separately agree otherwise in writing, these website terms do not create any obligation to provide managed hosting, support, uptime commitments, or service levels.
